These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our webshop and the purchase of products through our website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Netherlands.
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. Prices may change without prior notice.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and your rights under the GDPR.

How long will shipping take?
All orders are only confirmed once the payment is received. Orders will start to be processed within 24h of their confirmation. We carefully check every order before dispatch. Generally, orders are handed to the courier within 1 to 2 weeks. However, the exact dispatch timeline depends on the type of piece and its production stage at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is handed to the courier. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may have been filtered there.
An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout, based on the destination. You will receive an email from the courier with the Track&Trace number once the order is fully processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
For the products dispatched from Japan, Morocco or Belgium, the option to ‘pick up at DAR’ is not available.
How much will the shipping cost?
We ship all our orders using DHL or other suitable delivery services. All orders will be insured. Shipping costs vary per size, weight, and destination of your piece. Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout and included in the total cost of your order.
Please note that for shipments with destinations outside of Europe, there might be additional taxes, duties, and custom charges upon arrival in the country of destination. These costs are not calculated in the shipping costs and have to be paid by the receiver.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 24h of placing it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation request after this window, as the production and shipping process will have already been started.
Can I return my order?
As our products are one in a kind, we do not accept returns. You may cancel your order within 24h of placing it, but after this window the order is considered final and the item is not eligible for returns.
